The area was safe and just a quick walk to Main Street where several nice restaurants and shops are. Being a young professional, this area was central to my job and also had the nearby social and entertainment area for me to enjoy.

After nine years with my company in Philadelphia PA, I was transferred to a new office here in Clearwater, FL. I was not sure if I wanted to rent an apartment and commute from Tampa or rental locally to my new office. As you know, moving is stressful enough without figuring out location and commute. The historic building is the heart of downtown Dunedin, which is one of the prettiest small towns I have resided in ever. I rented a room here while attending nursing school and ended up staying approximately 1-year post-graduation to continue to save money while prepping for boards and looking for a new job. The location is fantastic. Dunedin is a great place to live with plenty of things to do, The Pinellas Trail is right outside, and there are great restaurants and bars everywhere.
Mike is down-to-earth, honest, and easy to work with. Issues are resolved quickly, rents are affordable/fair, and my experience with the other tenants has been positive. I was on a shoestring budget while I lived here, and the affordability made going back to school full-time attainable. I wouldn’t have been able to swing it otherwise. Highly recommend for anyone looking for simple accommodations.
